For our clocks, only smooth, uniform and non-tufted wood is chosen. The top layer of the map, which represents the earth's surface, is cut and laser-etched with precision and similarities with geographical maps, accordingly with roads and major landscapes drawn on it.
 
The layers indicating the depth are cut with a laser with the actual depths of water areas, based on bathymetric map data. Each layer of the map indicating a certain depth is engraved and painted with special paints in its own unqiue color, which gives the map an exceptionally powerful visual effect.
 
All layers are manually pasted on the map and they are glued together with a strong glue. The connection of which are very strong.
